WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE?
For more than 30 years I have been at the forefront of international trade compliance. This was recognized by succeeding Secretaries of Commerce who have appointed me to serve on the President’s Export Council for Export Administration (PESEA), and to the District Export Council of Southern California, where I currently serve on then Executive Committee.
The President’s Export Council, Subcommittee on Export Administration (PECSEA) is a federal advisory committee that provides advice on matters pertinent to those portions of the Export Administration Act, as amended, that deal with United States policies of encouraging trade with all countries with which the United States has diplomatic or trading relations and of controlling trade for national security and foreign policy reasons.
District Export Councils (DECs) are organizations of leaders from the local business community, appointed by successive Secretaries of Commerce, whose knowledge of international business provides a source of professional advice for local firms.
Let me know how I might be of assistance. I welcome a conversation.
